The Orange County Bombers open their 2009 campaign in Las Vegas this Saturday, June 27, 2009, against the Las Vegas Gamblers.
Several new SCAFL Members will be pulling on the Red & Black for the first time as the four teams comprising the SCAFL combine to form the Senior OC Bombers. Newcomers to the Bombers, including some ex-Gamblers, as well as brand new rookies will be looking to exhibit their skills to Head Coach John Fragomeni, and other Bomber veterans as they vie for a regular spot in the top 24 when the Bombers continue their season over the summer months and into the fall.
It should be a great hit out for the first match of the year in the extremely hot Las Vegas desert conditions. If you are in Vegas for the weekend, head over to Swainston Middle School located at 3500 W Gilmore Ave., North Las Vegas, NV 89032 , on Saturday, June 27 @ 4 PM.
